How It Works

A 15-Minute Head Start:

First we have a complimentary 15-minute discovery call, which serves as an opportunity for us to get to know each other. During this call, we'll delve into your needs and explore whether our personalities click, because I firmly believe that impactful coaching is built on strong relationships.


Following that, we'll take a deeper dive with a free 60-minute call. This call is designed to ensure that coaching aligns with your goals and that I can indeed offer you the tools, resources, and unwavering support necessary for your success.

9-Weeks to Secure Your Anchor:

Achieving your desired outcomes is a journey that requires time and commitment. That's why we'll come together on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, dedicating 60 minutes of our time over the span of 9 weeks to navigate through my health program side by side. You get to decide the urgency and pacing since this is your journey to wellness. 


Throughout our sessions, we'll delve into your current obstacles, strategize on setting achievable milestones, and I'll be there every step of the way to offer invaluable guidance, unwavering accountability, and the support you need to thrive.

Stay Connected Between Sessions: 

Following every session, I provide comprehensive notes containing feedback, tools, and valuable suggestions to keep you on the right track. But our journey doesn't stop there. In the interim between our sessions, I'm just a text message away via WhatsApp, available for video chats on Marco Polo, or reachable via email whenever you have questions, need support, seek motivation, or require a dose of accountability. Your well-being is my priority, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.
